For all in stock orders, they can take up to 1-2 weeks to ship out, then an additional 3-5 business days for domestic orders, and 1-2 weeks for international orders. For any order containing a pre-order, they can take up to 6-10 weeks to ship out depending on how long production time is, assuming there are no issues with the items when they arrive.

*Please note- Misu has a few cats roaming around her palace. If you have an allergy, please reach out beforehand, and we will do our best to accommodate.
However, if you collect cat hair, you may be in luck.

Disclaimer for UK residents 

We understand there has been a change in the shipping regulations for merchandise imported into the UK, because of this we can no longer service customers in the UK. We apologize for this inconvenience as we cannot handle the VAT/Import taxes that would be required. We highly recommend contacting someone in the US to be a "drop buddy" or partner that can send pins in bulk labeled as "gift".
